Owner, Paul MacCormack

I have been part of the global turf family for almost 25 years. Working my way through the ranks as Greenskeeper, Assistant Superintendent, Superintendent & General Manager has shown me the ups and downs of this industry. My career has given me a unique perspective on what it means to be a Mindful Super and has inspired me to share it with the industry as a whole.

The Mindful Superintendent  Blog is dedicated to exploring the personal side of the turf industry with an emphasis on mindful practices and living. The blog has been shared and reprinted in countless turf publications over the past ten years.
