This program is designed to introduce you to the practice of mindfulness meditation. The six classes will guide participants through the basics of mindfulness using audio talks and guided meditations. The classes will cover a basic introduction, mindfulness of thought, mindfulness of feelings and emotions, mindfulness of the body, the RAIN practice, and inner friendliness.
